The primary responsibilities of the Legal Administrative Assistant include preparing legal documents, formatting, proofreading, electronic file maintenance, and managing the client intake process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining attorneys' calendars and providing administrative support to timekeepers along with a variety of other administrative duties. The hours of work are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We seek a team-oriented, dedicated professional with superior client service skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced legal environment. Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency utilizing the MS Office Suite is required. Qualified candidates will have three or more years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, with prior experience in areas such as Business and Corporate, Government, Banking and Commercial Finance, and Commercial Litigation being preferred. Requirements
