We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this critical support role, you will assist executives, attorneys, and legal professionals by managing a wide range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, managing schedules, and coordinating communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for document management, which includes preparing, formatting, and editing legal documents and correspondence, such as contracts. You will also file and organize both physical and electronic documents in accordance with legal standards and company procedures, maintaining and updating files to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping. In addition to document management, you will provide administrative support by scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring timely communication of deadlines. Conducting basic legal research and gathering information as required will also be part of your duties, along with maintaining databases and tracking related information and deadlines. Your role will also involve office administration tasks, such as coordinating with vendors and service providers, assisting with billing and invoicing processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
