About the position

We have clients in the Oakland County area that are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Legal Professionals to join thriving law firms. If you are a Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal, we would love to connect with you to discuss exciting opportunities in the legal industry. We are seeking professionals from all areas of law such as Probate, Family, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Civil, IP, Corporate, Criminal, Property, Immigration, Health, Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment, Tax, Financial, and Environmental. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including scheduling and calendar management, drafting, editing, formatting, and finalizing legal documents, organizing and tracking case materials, scheduling depositions and preparing for them, requesting documents from clients, drafting correspondence, filing documents with courts (including e-filing), entering billable time entries, and performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, answering phones, and managing office supplies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with strong soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, accuracy, self-starter mentality, organization, multi-tasking, teamwork, ability to work independently, time management, being a fast learner, reliability, flexibility, and adaptability. Responsibilities
