Responsibilities
- Defend litigated cases to a successful conclusion
- Practice areas include auto liability, premises liability and employment litigation
- Provide effective and timely communication and legal advice to client on legal and factual issues
- Partner with claims Supervisors to achieve the best results
Requirements
- Pennsylvania law License
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Minimum 5 years litigation experience
- First chair jury trial experience preferred
- Solid computer skills included proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn and use new software
