Legal Secretary (5+ years)

About the position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for a Litigation Legal Secretary in our downtown Portland office. Ideal candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced defense firm and five or more years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm. This is a full-time position. Hybrid remote and in office options are available for highly qualified candidates. Requirements

• Candidates must be familiar with Oregon and Washington State and Federal rules of civil procedure and e-filing in those jurisdictions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required.
• Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, docketing in Milana experience is a plus.
• Candidates must have excellent analytical and written communication skills and be a team player.
