In this position, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting various legal documents such as contracts and pleadings, and maintaining organized legal files. You will also manage deadlines, coordinate with clients and court personnel, and assist with document review and analysis. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as is a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35.98 to $38.29, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development. Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of legal case preparation and management
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases

  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
  • Proficient in data entry and document management systems (e.g., iManage)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in legal drafting and research techniques
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with litigation support software is a plus
