Morris Technology Solutions is a leading provider of IT solutions for dental offices across San Antonio, Texas. With over 600 dental offices in our network, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch IT support to ensure seamless operations for our clients. As a Level 1 IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support to our network of dental offices, ensuring that all IT systems are functioning optimally and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support to our network of 600 dental offices.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues reported via our ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, and DNS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
