About The Position
Mizuho Investment & Corporate Banking is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Leveraged Finance group as a Syndicate / Transaction Management Analyst. The Leveraged Finance team is responsible for originating, structuring, executing, and distributing high yield bond and leveraged loan products for the bank's 500+ corporate and sponsor clients across various industry sectors. This role involves collaboration with multiple parts of the bank, including sector coverage, Rates, FX, and Credit teams. The candidate will assist the Leveraged Finance desk with daily tasks related to KYC, onboarding new clients, underwriting approvals, internal reporting, and the overall life cycle of fees and trades across high yield debt products.
