The Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative at State Farm in Beaverton, OR, is a full-time role focused on building customer relationships and assisting clients with their insurance needs. Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license - If not held, need to obtain in first 30 days of employment.
- Customer Service and Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience with customer relationship management platforms and online company systems.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Must be available to work the following schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm.
