About the position

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent at Confie, you will play a crucial role in the sales of nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. This position is designed for individuals who are motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to advance their careers in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for soliciting new business while maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals. Your success will be driven by your ability to build and leverage client relationships, ensuring that you can educate and advise customers on the insurance products that best fit their needs. In this role, you will engage with a high volume of inbound sales leads and walk-in traffic, eliminating the need for cold calling. You will also be responsible for the accurate accounting of all currency transactions, ensuring timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system. Responsibilities

  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
  • Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals.
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
  • Quickly connect and build client relationships, educating and advising customers on suitable products.

Requirements

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunities for advancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
