Life Enrichment Assistant - Part-Time

About the position

At our community, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents to live an active vibrant life! This role involves getting to know the residents and helping with the planning and implementation of various programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents of our community to help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music, and help organize and run these events.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events for those 21 or over.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly connect with people and a love for learning about them.
• Positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• Active Driver's license in good standing.

Nice-to-haves

• Talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
• Creativity and willingness to exercise it.
