The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and optimization of CRM strategies to acquire and engage customers throughout their journey with the Olympic and Paralympic Hospitality program. Additionally, this role needs to work to support the direct sales team in driving awareness and b2b leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in lifecycle marketing, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for understanding the Olympic cultural phenomenon. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized and impactful marketing campaigns that enhance the consumer experience and drive long-term loyalty.
