About the position

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively across a highly cross-functional environment to support the execution of data-driven marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, retention, and share of wallet. This person will manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—planning, building, launching, and analyzing performance—across email, website, and social channels. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable balancing creative and technical execution. Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a passion for continuous optimization are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels, including email, website, and social media, in alignment with business objectives and customer journey stages
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Partner Support, and Creative Services to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact marketing programs
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance and drive engagement
  • Track and analyze campaign results to inform future strategy, continuously improving reach, relevance, and revenue
  • Maintain visibility across stakeholders by proactively communicating timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Ensure marketing assets are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and messaging guidelines

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or channel marketing environment
  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on customer lifecycle
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce; knowledge of A/B testing and campaign performance metrics

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for dashboarding and performance tracking
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms/best practices
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices and marketing automation tools
