About the position

The LifeSpa Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all incoming calls are handled with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. This position requires the individual to operate the telephone system effectively, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. The coordinator is responsible for greeting callers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to members. This role is not just about answering calls; it involves converting inquiries into appointments and explaining the various products, services, and treatments offered by the Life Spa. The coordinator must assist guests in identifying their individual needs and suggest upgrades or add-ons to enhance their experience. In addition to handling calls, the LifeSpa Coordinator is tasked with completing outgoing confirmation calls and other follow-up communications to ensure that appointments are scheduled and confirmed. The role also includes assisting the Department Head with filing and other office duties as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department. Safety is a priority, and the coordinator must use all required safety devices to comply with company safety rules, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and service members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Converts LifeSpa questions into appointments
  • Explains all Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and assists them with determining their individual needs
  • Suggests upgrades or add-ons to products and services
  • Completes outgoing confirmation calls, Beautiful Beginning calls, and myLT Bucks calls to schedule appointments
  • Uses all required safety devices to comply with company safety rules

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
  • Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of receptionist experience
