About the position

The Lighting Sales Consultant at LBU Lighting is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to a diverse clientele, including homeowners, electricians, interior designers, builders, and architects. This role focuses on consulting about contemporary lighting products, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of the company through sales and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on lighting solutions and products.
• Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.
• Advise on both the form and function of lighting products.
• Collaborate with interior designers and builders to meet client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current lighting trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in lighting, fan, or furniture sales/consulting.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in the lighting/electrical environment.
• Knowledge of interior design principles.
• Technical sales experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the furniture and design industries.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and lighting design.
