About The Position

Litehouse Foods is looking to hire a motivated full-time Line Attendant I / Production Worker to join our team! The Line Attendant I packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED strongly preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble containers to be used for packaging.
• Package product efficiently into containers, utilizing packaging machinery.
• Assist in changeovers.
• Palletize containers to specifications, utilizing palletizing equipment/machinery.
• Inspect product and labels to verify conformance to specifications.
• Requisition containers and other supplies for delivery to workstations.
• Ensure correct entries into factory software.
• Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements.
• Maintain clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.
• Adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
• Work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Meet attendance requirements.
• Perform other activities and duties as assigned.
