About the position

The Line Cook at The Cheesecake Factory is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes from scratch using a variety of cooking methods and techniques. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes from scratch using various cooking methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in food preparation.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred.
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in a range of cooking methods.
  • Attention to detail in weights, measurements, and volumes.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
