About The Position

The Line Operator position involves working in a manufacturing environment where the operator is responsible for setting up and operating machinery according to product specifications. This role requires adherence to safety and quality standards while ensuring efficient production processes. The position is full-time and offers various shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Ability to make proper machine settings based on product specifications.
• Read & follow manufacturing orders, control plans, SOP's, and safety requirements.
• Inspection of product going into and out of process.
• Support and maintain the world-class manufacturing system, including 6S, Kaizen, waste management, safety, SMED, Kanban, and mistake-proofing.
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to bend and stoop.
• Must be open to non-climate-controlled conditions with extreme heat in summer.
