LOAN PROCESSOR - Greenville, SC

About the position

CCNB, an established, growing community bank is seeking an experienced Loan Processor in the Greenville market. This position is responsible for preparing consumer and commercial loan packages for the front line and ensuring all documents are completed accurately and signed prior to issuing loan proceeds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan packages for review by loan officers and other stakeholders
• Ensure all required documents are completed accurately and signed
• Verify loan information and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan documents and processing status
• Collaborate with loan officers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient loan processing
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in loan processing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and processing procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
