About The Position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and authorize loan applications whilst ensuring the creditworthiness of clients
• Manage the accurate processing of client credit applications
• Communicate effectively with escrow companies, lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients to facilitate loan closures
• Maintain comprehensive and precise customer credit records
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including Anti Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act
• Stay updated on the latest types and terms of mortgage loans
• Submit finalized loan files for approval
• Utilize Automated Underwriting System and Calyx Point for efficient data processing
• Ensure client satisfaction by explaining loan contract provisions, obtaining signatures and notarizations, and collecting fees.
