Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of operational tasks in support of the Lockbox service center.
• Perform transaction processing and data entry tasks.
• Archive and research data as needed.
• Troubleshoot machines and assist with client/vendor interactions.
• Identify, analyze, and process customer receivables through data interpretation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of work experience.
• Alpha-numeric data entry experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive motion mail support functions.
• Ability to lift mail trays and boxes up to 50 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with OPEX Falcon, OPEX 51, and OPEX 150 preferred.
• Previous experience in production-based environments focused on delivering high quality in a fast-paced environment.
