About The Position

The Logistics Services Coordinator at Northrop Grumman is responsible for supporting the Troy Hill Sustainment program team by coordinating hardware movement and maintaining repair orders. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials and addressing any potential issues that may arise during production and shipping processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
• Ability to lift 30-50 lb. hardware
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Level Security Clearance
• Microsoft Office Proficiency

Nice To Haves

• 1+ Years of experience in Production Control
• Experience in SAP ERP System
• Experience in GOLD Gov't Tracking System
• A current/active U.S. DoD Secret Level Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules.
• Maintains factory orders, updating and assisting in determining possible and actual shortages, and may initiate action to correct these deficiencies.
• Collaborates with multiple functions within the Troy Hill Sustainment team and other Northrop Grumman locations to ensure the smooth flow of materials, parts, and assemblies.
• Uses knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert proper authorities regarding potential problems and appropriate remedial action.
