Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, to manage the marketing campaigns from inception through execution and post deployment analysis for three key growth areas of the business. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns in support of the Certified Showroom Program
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison for product, sales and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize marketing initiatives, including trade advertising, social media campaigns, customer in-store promotions, webinars and online marketing
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives to support sales goals
  • Manage communication schedule and ensure timely deployment of all campaign content
  • Collaborate with the creative team to manage the development of content for all campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage and support monthly webinars
  • Produce campaign recap summaries to analyze past performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns
  • Other projects and initiatives dependent on the business needs

Requirements

  • Previous project management skills
  • Written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
  • Understanding of various marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, print, etc.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous corporate experience
  • Experience using Project Management tools such as Wrike
  • Experience using PowerBI and Salesforce
