About The Position

The LPN Ambulatory I position at Wadsworth Sharon Family Physicians involves providing safe and efficient nursing care to patients and their families. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program (Required).
• 2+ years of nursing experience (Level II only) (Required).
• Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio Board of Nursing (Required proficiency).
• Ability to use a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (Required proficiency).
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact License (Required Upon Hire).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required Upon Hire).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical specialty (Level II only).
• Participation in peer reviews and committee involvement (Level II only).
