About the position
The LTC Nurse position involves providing care in a long-term care setting during evening shifts. This role is part of a travel nursing program, offering opportunities to work in various locations while enjoying competitive benefits and incentives.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings.
- Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to different environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
