About the position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in New York. Our mission is to provide exceptional one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring they receive the best possible health care tailored to their individual needs. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options that allow our LPNs to choose their clients, schedules, and locations. This flexibility is designed to help our nurses manage their personal and professional lives effectively, reducing burnout and enhancing job satisfaction. At BAYADA, we prioritize the success of our LPNs by providing comprehensive training from day one. This includes in-office training, hands-on experience in clients' homes, and online learning opportunities. Our award-winning adult and pediatric simulation lab ensures that our nurses are well-prepared for any situation they may encounter in the field. Additionally, our on-call clinical support is always available to assist our nurses, ensuring they feel confident and competent in their roles. We care for clients of all ages and with various diagnoses and acuity levels, which means our LPNs have the opportunity to gain diverse experience in the field. We also offer a multitude of paid training programs to help our nurses feel comfortable and ready for their first shift. Our commitment to our employees is reflected in our benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program. We also participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and offer a partner 401K plan to help our employees secure their financial future.
