About The Position

The Configuration Management & Logistics Analyst at Pratt & Whitney plays a crucial role in supporting the F135 Lightning Sustainment Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This position involves coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring operational readiness, and enhancing global logistics capabilities for the F135 program. The analyst will work closely with various teams to refine life cycle support solutions and maintain effective communication among program participants, contributing to the overall success of logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in distribution enterprise (warehousing, transportation, supply chain, or logistics).
  • At least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics Management.
  • Familiarity with US TRANSCOM and DLA transportation organizations and regulations.
  • Import/Export experience with EAR and ITAR-regulated material.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, vlookup, etc.).
  • Knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic and operational interface between program supply chain and Global Trade for customs clearance, tax/tariff/duty, and license requirements.
  • Oversee the F135 Program Total Asset Visibility program, providing guidance and escalation support for global distribution and logistics solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery Assurance organization to track and report on delivery performance issues.
  • Manage plans for Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) compliance and on-condition maintenance.
  • Collaborate with program and customer Asset Management teams for module allocation and compliance assurance.
