About The Position

The Mac Endpoint Engineer will manage and support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Mac OS devices within the organization. This fully remote role requires expertise in Mac OS, Intune, JAMF, and Casper to ensure optimal performance and seamless integration of all Mac endpoints, particularly during the upgrade to Mac OS 15.

Requirements

• Experience managing and supporting Mac OS devices.
• Proficiency in using JAMF and Casper for device management.
• Knowledge of Intune integration for Mac OS devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ability to develop scripts for automation of tasks.
• Excellent documentation skills for processes and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with endpoint security best practices.
• Familiarity with Mac OS 15 upgrade processes.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Mac OS devices using tools such as JAMF and Casper.
• Implement and manage Intune for Mac OS devices to ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
• Ensure all Mac endpoints are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with industry best practices.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Mac OS devices, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency in managing Mac endpoints.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Mac endpoint management processes and procedures.
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Mac devices within the broader IT infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use their Mac devices.
