About The Position

We are currently hiring for a Medical Device company located in Lake Forest. We are looking for 4 Screw Machine Operators to work on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves setting up machines and assisting operators with the setup process, running first article inspections, and performing in-process inspections. Attention to detail is crucial as the medical device industry requires meticulous paperwork and traceability. Additionally, the operators will assist with program optimization to meet quality and production goals while keeping the workplace organized.

Requirements

• Attention to detail for paperwork and traceability
• Experience with various measuring tools (indicators, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator)
• Experience selecting cutting tools and work-holding solutions
• Experience with Citizen Swiss Lathes (M-Series, L-Series), CAV, and Tryton Barloaders
• Experience with Precipitation Hardened Stainless Steels, feeds, and speeds
