Maintenance Assistant - Senior Living

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance director with routine tasks and maintenance issues such as plumbing, deep cleaning, equipment repair.
• Routine apartment turnover - drywall repair, painting, carpet cleaning, deep attention to detail to make the apartment ready for a new resident.
• Follow PPE guidelines and chemical safety.
• Respond to resident maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community and working areas.
• Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution.

Requirements

• Prior experience with a variety of facility maintenance tasks highly preferred.
• Able to pass applicable licensing DOJ and FBI background requirements.
• Exceptional time management skills.
