Maintenance Assistant - Senior Living

This individual will be responsible for providing routine maintenance services to maintain resident units, appearance and sanitation of common areas, and the functionality of equipment and tool.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance director with routine tasks and maintenance issues such as plumbing, deep cleaning, equipment repair
• Routine apartment turnover - drywall repair, painting, carpet cleaning, deep attention to detail to make the apartment ready for a new resident
• Follow PPE guidelines and chemical safety
• Respond to resident maintenance concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community and working areas
• Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution
• Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday

Requirements

• Prior experience with a variety of facility maintenance tasks highly preferred
• Able to pass applicable licensing DOJ and FBI background requirements
• Exceptional time management skills
