About the position

The position involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of Injection Molding Robots, ensuring that all robotic functions align with health and safety standards. The role includes designing and developing robot trajectories, investigating defects, and implementing technical improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the robotic lines used in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine parameter testing to evaluate and manage Injection Molding Robots.
• Design and develop robot trajectories to ensure all functions in the Injection Molding manufacturing process are in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Investigate defects and malfunctions in the automatic-robotic lines and perform technical improvements to correct the defects.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and reconstruction work of the robots responsible for Injection Molding.
• Maintain logs of repairs performed.
• Estimate costs for repairing the defects and technical improvements.
• Provide training on automatic-robotic lines.

Requirements

• Experience in managing and maintaining Injection Molding Robots.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards in manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in designing robot trajectories for automated systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and investigate defects in robotic lines.
• Experience in performing maintenance and repair work on industrial robots.
