About the position

The Maintenance Technician at Picerne Real Estate Group is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of an apartment community in Cranston, RI. This role requires a general knowledge of apartment maintenance, including mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The technician will work closely with residents and team members to maintain a successful community and achieve occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, co-workers, and management.
• Contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Perform snow removal duties as required.
• Assist custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.

Requirements
