About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Pacheco Village, a 105-unit affordable housing community located in Los Banos, CA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots. This position will require occasional on-call activity.
