The Maintenance Technician III at Tricon Residential plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional and consistent customer service experience for residents. This position is responsible for completing all maintenance requests and work orders for occupied homes within a designated geographic area. The technician will engage in various tasks that require technical skills and a commitment to quality service. The role involves clear and compassionate communication with team members, residents, and vendors, ensuring that all interactions reflect the company's values of respect and empathy. The technician will work closely with the Assistant Maintenance Manager - Tech (AMM-T) and/or Centralized Maintenance Coordinator (CMC) to prioritize daily tasks and respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner. In addition to customer service, the Maintenance Technician III will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, including the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and general property upkeep. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and educating residents on maintenance practices to prevent future problems. The technician will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, accurately document work performed, and utilize technology effectively to enhance productivity and service quality.
