About the position
The Maintenance Technician role at Aerotek involves performing both preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance on various machines within a manufacturing facility. The position is essential for ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment and systems, contributing to the overall productivity of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of machines.
- Perform electrical maintenance, including work with high voltage 3-phase motors up to 480V and low voltage D.C.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Requirements
- Experience with high voltage 3-phase motors and low voltage D.C.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Nice-to-haves
- PLC troubleshooting is a plus (no programming required).
- Arc flash training is a plus.
