About the position
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for part-time work in Brook Park, Ohio, with the potential to transition to full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks and repairs, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall repairs, painting, and appliance repairs
- Handle plumbing tasks, including snaking sinks/toilets, changing valves, replacing hot water tanks, and other plumbing fixture repairs
- Conduct carpentry work, such as cabinet installations/removals, subfloor and tile work, tub surrounds, vanities, entry doors, and screen doors
- Perform light electrical repairs and maintenance
- Be on call every other week for emergency maintenance needs
- Timely management and completion of work orders
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Must have own tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
