About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems and mechanical components.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to train and mentor other technicians.

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with safety training and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
• Train employees as needed.
• Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Complete assigned PMs and provide feedback on any improvements that might be needed.
• Install and maintain photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
• Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance, and directions to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization.
• Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.
• Work with teams to complete any additional projects as assigned.
• Complete all safety training as assigned by the Company.
• Comply with all safety programs, policies, and procedures.
