Responsibilities

  • Prepare, paint, and refinish interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures.
  • Remove and install floor and ceiling tiles, stud walls, and gypsum wall board.
  • Replace electrical lamps and air conditioning filters.
  • Repair and maintain wooden structures such as furniture and doors.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and fittings.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems and replace defective wiring.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment.
