About The Position

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing all building maintenance duties, including troubleshooting and major repairs. This role involves maintaining electrical and plumbing systems, as well as ensuring cleanliness across various departments within the facility. The position requires effective communication and teamwork, with a focus on both minor and major repairs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Previous maintenance experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently with little supervision.
• Electrical and plumbing experience is a plus.
• Technical certificate is a plus.
• Forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer or tablet skills are a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major building maintenance repairs.
• Conduct plumbing repairs.
• Execute carpentry and plastering tasks.

• Maintain general cleanliness of the work environment.
• Conduct equipment checklists and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.
