  • Integrating conventional internal and external program policies and controls to improve practices and systems.
  • Analyzing and advising management on issues related to program effectiveness as it applies to meeting the goals and objectives of the agency.
  • Utilizing quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to address issues and advise management on solutions.
  • Carrying out conventional management on review of program areas to determine efficient use of resources.
  • One full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-09 level in the Federal government.
  • Using a wide range of qualitative analysis methods and advanced program analysis techniques, concepts and practices.
  • Analyzing and evaluating data to identify root causes of program issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the delivery of programs.
  • Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
  • 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
  • LL.M.
