About the position
The Management Trainee position at CSL Plasma is a 6 to 9 month accelerated training program designed to develop future leaders within the organization. Trainees will receive comprehensive training through a combination of live environment and classroom-style sessions, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be promoted to Assistant Manager at a CSL Plasma center in Florida or Georgia, with company-paid relocation assistance and travel opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure the center is 'inspection ready.'
- Participate in recruiting and performance management activities.
- Manage center financial responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
- 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
