Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• 1-3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional service.
• Answer questions regarding store merchandise and assist guests in locating items.
• Anticipate guest needs and suggest additional items to enhance their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist teammates in meeting their targets.
• Develop skills to lead, motivate, and train new teammates.
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching and counseling teammates.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing new team members.
• Manage visual merchandise displays according to company guidelines.
• Complete store opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and maintain store standards.
• Handle emergencies and provide feedback to the Store Manager regarding performance and merchandise handling.
