Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6-months experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or related fields.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in the role.
• Establish relationships in the community essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
