About The Position
The Manager, Accounting will play an integral role to ensure that Auctane's financial information is complete, accurate, and appropriately facilitates decision-making. The role will be responsible for ensuring financial information is maintained in a way that facilitates smooth reviews and audit processes to meet various internal and/or regulatory requirements such as GAAP, SEC, and Sarbanes-Oxley. The Manager, Accounting will manage and develop junior team members and/or third-party resources; maintain detailed review of reconciliations, establishment and management of processes, preparation of reports, along with other general accounting and reporting functions as required. This role will report to a Director, Accounting. This is a compelling opportunity to assume manager-level accounting responsibilities in a wide range of areas and gain valuable experience with a Company in the Internet space that was acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo for $6.6 billion in 2021.
