About the position

The TelevisaUnivision Creators & Social Team is a fun and creative group developing influencer campaigns that connect Fortune 500 brands to the U.S. Hispanic audience. We embrace TelevisaUnivision's mission to inform, entertain and empower the Latino community by developing culturally relevant branded content that drives positive reactions and brand impact. We are seeking a Manager to assist with management and execution of advertising campaigns with creators in our NY Office. This position requires attention to detail, project management, talent relations and the ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment. The ideal person to fill this position is a creative and collaborative multitasker who understands best practices for creator campaigns. They will report into the Director of Así Creators.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic input in the ideation of creator campaigns for Fortune 500 brands.
  • Serve as the point of contact for campaign execution with internal sales partners.
  • Lead contract development and fee negotiation through creation, post-production and payment.
  • Track deliverables and marketing assets for creator activations.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure all deliverables meet brand requirements and are on schedule.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators and their management teams to support long term partnerships.
  • Create and distribute clear, actionable campaign briefs to influencers for effective execution.
  • Responsible for the TU intern process, identifying candidates, providing training and mentorship.
  • Serve as the point of contact for freelancers, coordinating their onboarding and project assignments.
  • Produce/edit video content for TelevisaUnivision's owned and operated creator platforms.
  • Develop and maintain campaign budgets with production managers and work within the approved amount.
  • Identify emerging creator content trends and share with wider teams.
  • Drive updates to campaign workflows for continuous improvement.
  • Travel to productions across the US and occasionally overseas (primarily LATAM), including soccer events and music award shows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Marketing, Communications Public Relations or related field.
  • 2+ years of work experience within influencer marketing and the creator economy.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish (reading and writing) is required.
  • Familiarity with social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Versatile and able to adapt to evolving marketplace.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, relationship building).
  • Graphic Design software knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
