About the position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of loss prevention/asset protection, safety and/or retail operations experience OR High School diploma/GED and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or presenting information.
• Experience with business, financial and/or data analysis.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience using time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Certification in Wicklander-Zulawski, and LPC/CFI designation.
• At least 3 years of experience operating asset protection systems and facility equipment.
• At least 1 year of cross functional team leadership experience.
