About the position

As the Manager of Audit Product Management, you will leverage your domain knowledge to support the growth and expansion of the OnPoint DAS Suite. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance product strategy, development, and positioning, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the DAS product suite and driving initiatives that enhance product offerings based on market research and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Utilize audit experience to maintain deep knowledge of the DAS product suite.
• Stay updated with product changes and audit standards to ensure relevant interactions with teams.
• Support the development and maintenance of process documentation and product management infrastructure SOPs.
• Assist in informing the overall strategy and vision for the product offering based on market research and customer feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and communication teams to support product updates and materials.
• Identify opportunities for new versions, features, or enhancements based on market demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• 4+ years' experience in an audit practice or a CPA firm.
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• Experience in product management or lifecycle understanding is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience with SaaS and agile development processes.
• Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and accurate content.
• Ability to convey audit and accounting concepts in a concise manner.
