About the position

The Manager, Benefits, Leaves & Worker Compensation at AGCO Corporation is responsible for overseeing the company's benefit offerings, leave programs, and worker compensation processes. This role ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations while providing support to employees and enhancing the efficiency of these programs. The position involves managing leave programs, overseeing worker compensation claims, and providing guidance to employees and management regarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all leave programs, including FMLA, disability, and other statutory leaves.
• Oversee the Worker Compensation process, including claims management and return-to-work programs.
• Meet regularly with on-site medical and safety teams to review open claims and potential new claims.
• Lead the negotiation of employee benefits and manage clerical work around benefits enrollment and modifications.
• Provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and HR team regarding leave policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all leave and Worker Compensation cases and provide KPIs to management.
• Conduct training sessions for employees, managers, and HR teams, and develop support materials for understanding benefits and leave processes.

Requirements

• Collegial or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Worker Compensation claims management.
• Strong knowledge of leaves best practices and laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
