About the position

As the Manager of Brand Marketing, your day will be filled with strategic planning, creative collaboration, and data-driven decision making. You'll lead the development of impactful marketing campaigns that elevate our brand's presence and drive business growth. From overseeing cross-channel initiatives to conducting consumer research, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and engaging with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive awareness, equity, and growth.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform brand positioning, target audience strategies, and campaign development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, creative, and sales, to ensure integrated and impactful marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the CPG or apparel industry; or 9+ years of experience in place of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Experience managing full funnel media campaigns and strong familiarity with digital channels and tactics, including paid social and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
